Good morning Mummys and Doctors, pls my twins will be 10months tomorrow, I feed them on cerelac (wheat with milk) and then guinea corn and millet as pap mixed with their milk (Nan 2). But I wanna know if there's a better cereal I can introduce to make them add more weight pls. Because at their 9months they weighed 8.5 and 8.12. Pls I need ur advice. Thanks.

Good day Mums and Docs in the house, pls my menses returned last month but it didn't rush well like normal, but was for the normal 4days, i use to have regular 26 days cycle before i took in, but now, the second one came out on the 30th day, but my problem now is today is the sixth day of my menses and the blood is still coming out, pls has anyone experienced this before? Cos am getting worried, hope there's no problem with me? Pls I need urgent answers. Thanks

Hello Mummies and Doctors in the house, happy new month to u all. Pls after 3months of delivery (cs) I started seeing blood stain, it wasn't rushing much like period, but just staining for 4days, could it be that my monthly period have returned?
