Ive seen some add egg (raw) wc she adds while preparing d pap, milo and milk to her baby's pap though her daughter is a year old and she tolerates it well. I will advise u wait till dey are year old.

U can give any of it as deir beverages not adding it to deir pap. I make light tea wit soak bread for my girl of 8 months
