Good morning Dr's and mummies in the house, my baby of 7months + is having difficulty to poo the poo is very hard he will push and push nothing will out sometimes small will come out with blood on the poo and he will be crying.... Pls help a worry mum ftm waiting ur response

Morning doctors and mummies ,my baby always having catarrh and cough take him to hospital doctor prescribed drugs both the drug being giving him the cough stop but the catarrh didn't stop by bought another drug for catarrh instill now his nose flowing and cough have started again. I don't know what drug to give again to stop catarrh and cough..... Pls help mother
