Good evening to everyone in this wonderful group, please I want to find out if using this new washable diapers is good for babies some says it causes rashes and others are saying its OK

Hygiene is key. However it is fine to use. When you mean washable diapers are you talking about cloth nappies?

No it's not cloth nappies, it looks like pampers but washable
