Hello Onyekachi, as I've said in previous comments, skin rashes could confuse even doctors. Since you described this rash as containing pus, if that's correct, it simply means it's infected. And she would need antibiotics. Skin infections are usually caused by a break in the skin giving access to germs. Breaks can be due to excessive scrubbing or chemically irritating soaps or creams.
