Hello docs and mom's in the house pls am asking urgently if this is paracetamol bcus they gave me this in the hospital yesterday after giving me 1 malaria drug that the force me to take in there front, since yesterday I huv been so down I can't even describe my condition now so pls help me to no if i can take it 4 headache tanks.
