Good evening house. I am a ftm. I just started my second trimester. First trimester was a bit challenging for me bcos I vomit on an average of 4 tyms daily sumtimes more. We can imagine how weak dat can be. My major concern was that everyone keeps telling me it will b over by d end of my first trimester. Although I still vomit but reduced to like once or twice daily. How do I stop d issue with vomitting. For like 5 days nw v been having serious heart burn nd indigestion. Pls wat can I also do to ease the pain. God bless us all
