Pls my baby boy is always fussy, struggling and crying like hes tummy is paining him. he cries before and after farting. most times he starts shaking one leg and crying while eating. i have tried grip water there was no difference pls wat do i do as he his alway crying. Hes 1month plus and we are on ebf ad am sure he eats well as i can express 60mls under 20mins
