Pls mothers how long does it take for baby navel to fall. Hes 6days already. What can i do.

@Eze i gust amaka understand the question well because when my mum was bathing my baby she use to use hot water before bathing him then clean with spirit after bathing.

Use only original spirit to clean baby's navel. You can test the spirit to know if it's original by dropping a little quantity on your hand. If it dries up instantly, then it's original. But if you notice any wet residue on your hand then please don't use it on baby.

The main thing that facilities the fallin and healing of the cord is dryness. Ensure the area is dried. It takes to some extent 2 weeks
