Good evening doctors and mothers. My baby is 4weeks old and i jst noticed she is losing weight. She is on exclusive breastfeeding. Please what do i do? Thanks

Pls I hope ur not watching ur weight o. Eat very well. All food, balanced meals. Lots of fluids,yougurt etc.
