Is ur baby taking enof water, if no then give more water bcos one of d factors for yellow urine is dehydration. If its not that then go to d clinic

If u or d baby is on medication, then it can occur

And somtimes it might b d diaper..cos i used one huggies product like that..i do see yellow urine wen i took it off...but used another type of diaper n its normal urine colour...mayb d chemical..thats if u detect from d diaper
