Hello mums nd docs in da house. Im a FTM. I had a preterm labour of 22weeks but eventually had to give birth to the babies premature because the doctors confirmed that my cervix was already opened that the babies were ready to come out. Of which i was induced and the babies came out. One of the babies was born with an abnormality which i eventually lost thrm cos they wr premature. And ever since i delivered those babies , i have bn on doctor's medications. Please i want to know wen i should start trying to conceive again and what and what should i be using in other not to have a repitition of another premature delivery.Thanks for your swift response.

Good evening mums nd docs in the house...... i'm a FTM nd 22 weeks gone. Pls i want to know if smoothie is good for me. I usually take it in the mrn. Combination of watermelon, banana nd coconut. Thank you.
