My dear,I think it's an infection dt is delaying the menses. Normally,after miscarriage(medically called inevitable abortion).the woman shd go for an ultrasound scan to check whether the product of conception is all out(complete)or not(incomplete).if it is complete,dia is no cause for alarm, but if incomplete,she has to go a D/C to remove whatever is still remaining.otherwise,the remaining products will cause an infection.I think the way forward is that ur sis shd do an ultrasound scan and
