please mum and doctors in the house, what can I do to reduce the way I spit cause is making me so uncomfortable rarely go out or even gist with hubby or friends also is it safe to drink lipton and tin milk that's the only thing I crave for now thanks great mummies...please advice me

Hi mum's and doctors in the house....please which fruit can one take....I mean someone in her first trimester. your advice is needed urgently cause I took German mango the green one thou I ate the back but I noticed some spots after some hours i lost the pregnancy so now a bit scared and want to be sure which fruit to take this time. thanks
