My baby has not poop since 5days now is there anything I can do to make her poop???

My baby is 3months n 3weeks now,right from his 1st month he has been lyk DAT,his on exclusive breastfeeding, so its normal with children of such,he stays up to 7day bfr he poo,he poo once in a week till now.

As long as he's passing gas it's alright. It indicates there is bowel movement
