Good morning my country people. Does childbirth affect the bones ni cos since I put to bed I've been having pain in the joints of my hands.doctor said I should just continue calcium tablets.Please does anyone else have this experience or have a suggestion as to what will help bcos it's getting more painful now to fold and unfold my fingers and even carry my baby

Afternoon mummies. I put to bed a bouncing baby girl on Wednesday. Now,my ankles are swollen and ache when I stand. Please is this just an after effect of delivery and what can I do to reduce the swelling?
