Hi mummies nd docs in d house pls can u help advice me on what to do to make my cervix open my doc keeps saying am 2cm nd my cervix is closed i dnt just get it...nd i hav been having contractions infact i hav lost my mucos plug since 4days ago...38weeks pregnant tnks
