Hi mums and doc. I gave birth 3weeks+ ago and am still seeing blood, though its not much. Is this normal or I should go to hospital? If normal,like when will it stop pls

Good afternoon mums, how hs bn ur day? I'm 31wks gone , Iately I normally have a sharp pain at my lower abdomen, it will hold me and leave me for few seconds. Is this a braxton hicks contraction or something I should see my doctor for? Pls I need answer
