Mummy and doc my baby is runing temp and have taken her to d hospital dey gave her antimalarials and antibiotic yet d temp is still high ,pls what can i do

Good morning mum and doc in d house,my 8month baby has temperature i took her to d hospital 4days ago she was given antibiotic and antimalarial drugs now there is rash all over her d temp has gone down,pls help what could this be?
