If you are on exclusive breastfeeding, it is not an issue as long as your baby is farting. So be patient. I experienced same and I was educated that its not a cause for alarm. Their system is adjusting and will eventually stabilize

Beulah have said it all. But try use hot water( not very hot) at the baby anus, the baby will poo poo
