Please, my 3weeks old baby have rashes all over her face, I have applied calamine lotion for 3 days yet its increasing..... Pls what can I do?

Madam for me if the rash are those small once with whitish on the mouth leave it it will go on it own If you apply anything it will worsen take note After those rash her real skin will come up some will two weeks it will be coming out
