Goodafternoon mums/doc, was given this malaria drug today by my doc but on getting home and reading through d drug, it stated that it should not be used in first trimester and i'm in my first trimester, I'm confused....Has anyone used this in first trimester?

Good afternoon mother's/Doc's in the house,i had a missed miscarriage early Feb, i noticed my breast still brings out milk, i went to the lab on thurs to check my prolactin level and i was told its 68 (high)pls is there anyone with such experience ?
