Good evening wonderful mumies and doc in the house,pls have noticed rashes on my 2month 1week baby girl face,since 4days now,most especially on her forehead and she sweat alot,even under the fan.pls wat can I use to clear the rashes pls

Good evening mothers and doctors in the house,pls my baby weight was 3.5 @ birth but today she took the 6weeks immune and she wei 5.8kg hope the weight is not too much for her.?
