Good morning mummy and doctor in the house. My baby of 6weeks has rashes on her face, yesterday night I notice one of her eyelids was swollen and this morning the second one too no discharge nothing just swollen. Pls wat can I do

Good morning doctor and mom in d house pls am 39weeks +. I was 3cm gone few hours later it they check it was 1cm now they said I should go back home av seen show. Pls can i take castol oil or what can I take to hasten the Labour. Thanks
