Please I need your advice on what to do. My sisters baby went for her 14weeks immunization on Thursday and the baby weighed 4kg.she which the nurses said was too low for her age. The baby was on exclusive breastfeeding but the nurses suggested baby milk be bought to supplement but the baby isn't even taking the food. Please help

Please mothers and doctors in the house. My baby will be a month old on Tuesday and his cord hasn't fallen off. I started with cloxy gel but mother in law changed to spirit. Pls help with suggestions as am so worried
