Good afternoon mummies and doctors, which is more effective in flattening tummy after delivery, to use waist clincher (girdle) or to tie the tummy with wrapper?

I use both, but I noticed girdle works faster... Though I wear mine to bed, it's not easy sha, if you can you will see quick effect

Exercise works all. Tuck in ur tummy always, and then do sit up always
