Gudafternoon mothers & docs....... As a nursing mother, pls wat can I be eating or drinking to increase my breastmilk so dt my baby can suck & be OK.... Tanx

Gudmorning mummies nd docs in d house.... Am new in d forum... Need ur advice, my baby girl is weighing 5.6kg @ 3months 3weeks. Please is it gud enuf or is dir any food I can add so dat she can gain more weight
