Good day doctors and able mums in the house,pls I am 14 weeks preg and av not started antenatal. I av cough and headache,pls what can I use + which fruits are best for me now.

Pls able mummies and doctors in the house,I am 10 weeks gone and still experiencing noses and vomiting, when is it going to stop?really weighing me down.
