Moms and docs in the house good morning. My six weeks and 4days old baby is losing weight. Her birth weight was 3.5kg and now she's 3kg.What could be the cause please. I need help.

She's on exclusive breastfeeding and she sucks and sleeps well

Try and eat a balance diet, so that ur breast milk will be rich, also check very well if d baby is OK.

@ Amaka,she feeds well.There's one children's sickness they call nta in our language. She has it. The makes children to loose weight but not so fast like this
