Gudday doc n mum in the house, I have question I want to know how many month ur baby can start the kicking process n again if taken in cold water much is okay

During my first pregnancy i took cold water from Day one til delivery bcos i always feel heat and my baby is healthy and now am 38weeks plus am still taking cold water though during my first pregnancy i was scared but I have no choice but now I don't even give it a tot
