Good morning mummies, aunties, sister's and doctors in the house, please am 28 weeks gone and this is my first baby. What are the things to eat and avoid eating at this stage ( last trimester)Secondly, is it okay to stay off sex, I find the thought of sex upsetting now and i don't even want body contact.

Hello everyone good morning, I am about 4 months down and I have issues with drinking water it makes me throw up( vomit everything I have eaten) . Please I was thinking of making my own Zobo drink as a substitute to water but I don't know if it's healthy to drink Zobo while pregnant. Please is it healthy?
