Am 31 weeks, taking prenantal multivitamin and calcium. But I don't really feel well anytime I add calcium to the multivitamin. Is there any problems if I stop taking calcium, and take food that have more calcium. Since the prenantal multivitamin has little calcium. Am first time mama
