Yes my people she use to turn to the both sides but when she is looking at someone I believe the head supposed to stand straight

Tommy time helps baby gain neck control. Always put ur baby on her tommy. ALWAYS. Except just after a meal. It helps them gain neck control on time. Neck control is important for milestones like sitting crawling,and so on
