My babies eating habit has changed since after the 10 weeks immunization very worried, can even finish 60ml of breast milk once please mums and doc in the house what do I do, still give him multivitamin(abidec)

Good day mums and docs, my son who is 11weeks today is finding it difficult to suck. This started immediately after the 10th week penta2 vaccine. He developed a little temperature in which I administered paracetamol according to the doctor and the temp is quite okay by the next day. His eating habbit reduced from that day (5/4/17) but got worst today. I 've forced him to suck since morning and he won't rather than crying. He smiles and sleeps well but I'm so confused with his eating habbit. This afternoon, I had to express breast milk to feed him with a spoon,he ate a little but I'm not still satisfied. What do I do next please?? URGENT ANSWERS NEEDED....HELP OOOO
