Goodmorning mums and doctors in the house. I've bn using Nan for my 3 months old baby but I realized that he doesn't poo for days until I apply the warm water therapy for several days. Pls, could this be the milk? If yes, which other good milk can I introduce Cos he takes enough water after each meal. Thanks for your response

Goodmorning doctors and mums in the house. Pls, I've been having this pain on my two wrists since before delivery up till now, my baby is 10weeks. What can I use. Was told it's an hormonal change that will go but this pain can really be disturbing.
