Good evening great mother, plz my 6month old baby is having catarrh due to the cold water I used for her wen she was running tempreture wat sud I do to ease the catarrh

Good evening mother and doctor. Plz I gave birth 4 month back and saw my period after 6 week then it stop,since them I have not see it again so what does it mean am pregnant again coz my baby is just 4 month.am scare
