My dear his weight is really poor,are u sure u are lactacting very well,if not use formula to feed ur baby,my baby weighed 3.5kg at birth but at 3months he was already weighing 10kg and we are on exclusive, so if exclusive is not helping u,then help ur baby.

Yes o make sure he sucks well n on demand,my baby weighed 5kg at 7weeks born at 3kg too
