Hello moms and Dr in the house please I need tips on what to use for my baby noticed like a gap in his hair n it's has spread it's eating up the front part of his hair. Have tried sudocream n still no difference and also some discoloration on his face it looks like patches what can I use. Advice please

Good morning mum's n Dr my baby is 1mth old he has cold n unable to breath well right now he's on vitamin c and nocof drops pls is there anything else I can do to help him.
