Good afternoon every one... Am about 9weeks pregnant and I have started vomiting and spitting. Dz morning I just try to brush and I vomited forcefully. Am so worried cz I have a 9m old daughter that needs my attention. Mothers please what do I do about dz vomiting and loss of appetite?
