Hello mummies and doctor, pls help me to calculate how many weeks I am now. I saw my last period on 20th of July, but I ovulated on 3rd of August which i guess that I conceived on that 3rd. Pls how many weeks am I now?

Hello mummies and doctors! Pls am FTM and I am 7weeks gone but it's Thursday this week that will make me 8weeks. Pls help me, what causes feet pain in early pregnancy, or is it a symptom of twins? Am really confused. Bcos each time I lay down on bed like about one hour, then if I want to stand at my feet I won't be able, my feet will be paining me. The worst is at night, if I wake up to urinate I can't stand at my feet. I didn't experience this in my past 6weeks until this 7th weeks. And my stomach is disturbing me always at this 7th weeks, am feeling nausea and cold every time, and my body is always hot at night. Am scared whether am carrying twins, bcos I conceived through fertility supplement. Pls what's the cause of all these?
