Good day mums and doctors in d house. My baby is 10months and she finds it very difficult to poo. Each time she does it, she cries. She on friso-gold rice base cereal and Nan2. She takes lots of water too. Please what can I give her to make her poo with ease.

Good afternoon mums and doctors in d house. Please, my baby will be 10months tomorrow but she just stopped sucking by herself. For the past three days, she has refused to suck breast but she drinks a lot of water and eats her rice base cereals and milk very well. My problem is my breast, they are so heavy, strong and painful. I've massaged twice with hot water but its not relieving me. Pls, what else can I do to stop d pains and heaviness.

Good day mothers and doctors in the house. I joined this platform yesterday and this is my first post. My daughter is 9months, 3weeks. She takes only rice base cereals and milk. I've tried to introduce her to other foods like boiled egg, fish, carrot pureed, etc but she won't eat them. Please, how do I get her to eat other foods.
