Evening Mummies and doc's, I have cattarrh and cough about a week now, i've not taken any drug and today am feeling pains on my chest each time I cough or sneeze. Pls what should I take.

Mummies I started antenatal last Friday at 12 weeks, the doctor gave me folic acid (small red pills) once a day, white vit. C twice a day and paracetamol twice a day. And said i should take them when am having pains. Most mums said its every day for i and my baby's health, i need advise pls am a FTM.

Great mummies, am 12 weeks pregnant and have started antenatal, the drugs I was given makes me produce more saliva and its making me feel some how. I wasn't feeling like this before. The Dr said the drugs should be taken when am feeling pains, and others said its necessary to take the drugs. Pls what should I do.

Good evening mummies and doc's, I pollute more than going to defecate. I've been taking lots of fruits and vegetables but the situation doesn't seems to change, it takes me a week or more to go to toilet with little waste. Pls is there any thing I can take or do because I eat a lot but can't go to the toilet.

My mummies sorry pls, hope am not disturbing with my questions, just that am a first time mother to be. Pls can I eat salad I.e cabbage, carrot, cucumber, lettuce etc don't know if it safe for my baby, am 9 weeks gone.

Mummies and doc's, its nice being here. These days feel very hungry that sometimes I have to eat at night, pls what's the cause I feel very weak, my eyes turn and i sweat a lot each time am hungry. Am just 9 weeks pregnant and am not on any drugs.

Wonderful mummies and doc's, am 9 weeks gone, is any type of milk advisable to take since I can't take Milo and bournvita, or tea, what type of beverages should I take, am craving for it. I don't know if only milk or yourghut is good to avoid over weight of the baby.

Good morning mums and doc's, am 9 weeks pregnant, I've not started antenatal and i use to feel heat very well especially my stomach that i have to soak cloth in water and place it on my stomach, i don't know maybe because of the weather or is anything wrong with me, and if am doing the right thing cos its usually in the night not everyday sha.

Good day Mummies and doc's, i woke up this morning feeling great pains on my breast especially my nipples, I thought it will stop soon but is as if the pains is increasing. Could it be normal or what should I do about it.
