My baby had his immunisation at14 weeks just last week in both thighs. I noticed that one thigh is ok but the other is strong as i a lump is inside.. how do i soften it? What do i do? Thanks

Mummies and docs in the house...pls my baby is 3 months old and I have been supplementing with nan formula.. more of nan though because I don't produce enough breastmilk and he has now refused the breast. My problem though is that he is constipated. And recently the consistency of his poop is like eba and the color is a grey with a tinge of green.
