Good morning Doctors and moms in the house, Pls what do I use on my baby he is 6 wks old and I noticed dandruff on his hair while combing his hair. What do I do?

Good morning everyone, please I need help urgently, my son is a yr 7mths old n has been having temperature since Monday, bleeding gum n boil on his tongue and lips, I guess its cause of the white vitamin C he took so much, I v been giving him Para for the fever and vitamin C syrup for the mouth, is there anything I can add, it's 5 days now no improvement
