Hello mothers in the house. I feel pains from my engorged breast cos my baby only suck little from d abundance my breast produces. Pls how do I relieve myself?

While bathing, deep a hand towel into a very warm water & press all corner of d breast d milk will express on its without pain. Gudluck..

Message the swollen breast with shell butter and allow the milk flow out then take a hot water bath before breastfeeding again sorry take Care
