Good evening beautiful mummies and docs in the house, am in my first trimester and i find it difficult to sleep on my left but enjoy right side sleeping and back hope its okay for me and my baby?

However u wish to sleep is healthy for now since u are still in ur 1st trimester though lying on ur stomach is not inclusive Oo buh however start learning how to sleep on ur left side like u were advised above too; for easier circulation of blood.
