Please my advice to breastfeeding mums, drink lots of water like alot.... U will lactate alot even for those who looses their appetite after birth.. Drink enough water even if u eat light... You will get alot of wet diapers that shows baby is getting enough milk

For those of u not producing breastmilk... Please try oatmeal... Take 3 bowls or 2 a day... It works magic!!! Pap is seriously fattening and if u want to take tea please take oval time alone without milk..i hope this helps someone #
