Goodafternoon mummies and doctors in the house. Please am a FTM. I want to start preparing pap for my son by myself with YELLOW CORN, DAWA & MILLET. please hope it's a good mixture and if I make the pap do I allow it to get cold before pouring it into flask or do I make it thick so that it won't get watery after

Goodmorning mums and Docs in the house. Please am a FTM and my baby is 3wks and 4days. He has not poo for 5days now but feeds and urinats very well. Is there anything I can do to boost him pooing or will it come natural.

Please I have two questions:1. Am a new mother in my 13th week and most times when I lie on my left side or sit for long I experience some pain on my left leg. please what could be the cause and what can I do.2. Some times when my husband wants to make love with me i will be so dry, we will try all we can including apply oil to see if I can be lubricated no way because am always tight so it frustrates him most so what can I do.
