Hello mummies and docs, pls am a breastfeeding mother of 5month old having cold and catarrh with my baby pls wot can we use although I bought a drug for her named cof and cold syrup since last Sunday but I've not seen difference.pls help

Help mummies and doc in the house, this is my first post, pls my baby is 5mnths plus can she start taking cereals? And also is it advisable to include wheat cereals in her food now.thanks
