Hello mothers in the house. My 4 month old baby poos two to thrice daily. She just started pooing since Sunday. Is it normal or teething? Cos she is on EBF. What do you suggest?

My baby girl has what the yorubas call 'ELA' on her private part. I have tried sudocrem and agnesia powder. Have not seen any improvement. What do you think i can use again. Thanks
